BRICCKS (Blue Ribbon Integrated Coaching, Consultancy and Knowledge Solutions) wanted to diversify their offerings and provide the latest sales and marketing programs to attract a broad range of professionals – everyone from scientists turned entrepreneurs to educators. Working with audiences of various age groups and backgrounds, Bernadette was commissioned to design, facilitate and license a program over three days – hosting various groups (particularly B2B sales teams).


The three day workshop was such a success, Bernadette’s ideas were formalized into today’s on-going program called Sales Mastery India.

Furthermore, the program’s solid format attracted some of India’s most iconic business individuals, including award winning business woman and founder of India’s renowned Shahnaz Herbals, Princess Shahnaz and the Vice President of TATA Telecommunications (responsible for launching Virgin Mobile with Richard Branson into India).
